My path in learning and development has been dynamic rather than linear—an advantage that allows me to bring a uniquely broad skill set and perspective to every project.

In addition to holding a Master’s in Instructional Design and Technology, I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Education and professional experience spanning graphic design, corporate training, vendor relations, and entrepreneurship, having co-founded a social commerce platform. Over the past ten years, I’ve designed and developed a diverse range of learning experiences across industries and audiences.

My experience includes developing content for eLearning, instructor-led, and hybrid learning environments. I draw on established learning theories such as Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences and Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation to design experiences that are both engaging and effective. These theories are woven into diverse instructional strategies, including case studies, think-pair-share activities, role-playing, branching scenarios, and interactive games. Depending on project requirements, I leverage tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, TechSmith, and the Google and Microsoft ecosystems to develop high-quality, results-driven learning solutions.

I excel at needs assessment and stakeholder alignment and have worked with executives to frontline managers towards creating tangible learning outcomes for each project I work on. I do this while balancing the importance of creating learner-centric experiences that align with measurable outcomes such as ROI, performance metrics, or time-to-competency goals. My work consistently drives tangible results—whether through fostering a culture of learning, improving retention, streamlining onboarding, or optimizing content ecosystems.

Looking ahead, my passion for innovation in instructional design and technology continues to evolve. I recently completed a certificate in AI for Instructional Design and over 30 hours of AI-focused professional development at DevLearn 2025. This early adoption enables me to integrate emerging technologies that enhance creativity, efficiency, and overall learning impact.
